This project was the full interior buildout of a seven-court pickleball facility for Lakeland Pickleball Academy in Lakeland, Florida. A raw warehouse was converted into an indoor venue with a clean, professional finish. The completed facility supports training and competitive play in a controlled indoor environment.
Scope & Execution
The project began with site evaluation to determine optimal court orientation and drainage strategy. Our team completed grading, base preparation, and concrete installation to meet precise tolerances, followed by premium surfacing and finishing systems.
